About this role

Guiding Light Home Care is seeking an experienced Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team as a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator.

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position and long-term growth with the company.

We are looking for an RN with experience in both the clinical and administrative sides of home care operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently while helping manage the clinical and administrative needs of the agency.

Responsibilities may include

  • Reviewing clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Coordinating client intake and start-of-care processes
  • Maintaining and reviewing clinical records
  • Assisting with plans of care, incidents, complaints, and appropriate follow-up
  • Coordinating with clients, families, caregivers, nurses, and referral sources
  • Assisting with staffing, credentialing, and onboarding
  • Supporting compliance, quality assurance, and survey readiness
  • Understanding service codes, authorizations, payer requirements, and documentation requirements related to billing
  • Supporting the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the company

Qualifications

  • Current and active Florida Registered Nurse license
  • Bilingual preferred/required
  • Home care, home health, nurse registry, or healthcare administration experience
  • Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience with intake, authorizations, service codes, and payer requirements preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

This is a hybrid position. Some administrative responsibilities may be performed remotely from home, with office availability required as needed.

The position begins part-time with the opportunity for increased hours, compensation, responsibility, and transition into a full-time leadership position as Guiding Light Home Care continues to grow.
