Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Monitor vital signs and patient status. Administer medications and treatments, observing for reactions. Conduct hourly rounding and ensure documentation. Implement interventions to achieve expected neurological outcomes. Evaluate and document patient progress and modify care plans as needed. Perform bedside lab testing.
Requirements
RN license in state of assignment. BLS (AHA) required. Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience. Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
