To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions.
You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success. - Identify and participate in the establishment of Nursing and ancillary staff development programs to support the necessary skills needed to provide outstanding care to the patient population of CHI Memorial. - Participate in the establishment and annual assurance of competencies for all patient care staff and monitor on an ongoing basis. - Establish and maintain high levels of physician satisfaction for all services provided. - Participate in the development and implementation of plans for nurse recruitment and retention. - Work collaboratively with all departments to achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction. - Meet the compliance standards of various regulatory bodies which affect the provision of services, to include the Joint Commission, life safety, state, federal and other regulatory bodies.
