About this role
Florida Nurses Home Health Agency is currently seeking per diem RNs to join our team. We treat health issues before they become more complex in the comfort of the patients' homes. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments, provide wound care, IV Infusion, colostomy care, urinary catheter care, and other orders as prescribed by physicians

- Assist in discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Use electronic medical record systems such as Kinnser to document patient information accurately
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience working in Home Health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
