$7,500 Sign On Bonus!
Three Rivers Hospice, a division of Quality Life Services, is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults in the Apollo, Ford City, Kittanning, and surrounding areas. As a Hospice RN, you would provide skilled professional nursing care to the patients, their families, and caregivers within their homes, a nursing facility, personal care or etc.; this includes pain and symptom management. Ride-along with current RN or job shadowing available.

Essential Functions, include but not limited to
Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of nursing processes Work individually within their scope of practice to achieve clinical outcomes and improve care coordination within team Assess and evaluate patients status by Writing /initiating plan of care Regularly re-evaluating patient/family/caregiver needs Revising the plan of care as necessity Document accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient’s condition Observes patients chance in conditions and behavior, and reporting when needed Teaching the patient/family/caregiver self-care techniques as appropriate including provide medication, diet, and other instructions as ordered by the physician
