House Supervisor RN - Full Time - Prescott Valley, Arizona. Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is a 44-bed, modern inpatient facility specializing in stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other complex conditions. The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care. Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
