Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN / Contract

Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking for flexibility and meaningful patient connections? Join our team and make a real impact by delivering high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

We’re seeking dedicated RNs who take pride in clinical excellence and patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with patients while working independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care to patients of all ages in their homes

Perform and manage clinical tasks including HBA1C, PT/INR, wound vac therapy, wound care , and more

Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare teams

Educate patients and families to promote better health outcomes

Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Texas RN License

Current Texas Driver’s License

Clinical nursing experience required (home health experience preferred)
