What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients of all ages in their homes
- Perform and manage clinical tasks including HBA1C, PT/INR, wound vac therapy, wound care , and more
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families to promote better health outcomes
- Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN License
- Current Texas Driver’s License
- Clinical nursing experience required (home health experience preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis profile (if patient visits are required)
