Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values.

Qualifications & Certifications

Requires a nursing degree (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), a current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on department needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain documentation, uphold patient safety and confidentiality, and perform duties in accordance with organizational standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
