We are urgently seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida .
This position is ideal for an RN with strong PCU experience who is comfortable caring for higher-acuity patients and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to PCU patients.
- Assess and monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute-care PCU RN experience required
- Active RN license permitting practice in Florida
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment
