Summary
* We are looking for a reliable and compassionate *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care according to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions and progress.
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient comfort.
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.

- BLS certification.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
