The Medical Team is currently seeking a compassionate, dynamic, passionate, person to join our growing Home Health Team in Reston, VA!! This is an excellent career opportunity for a senior/supervising RN professional who will function as the Clinical Manager of an interdisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for coaching and supporting compassionate professionals as they provide exceptional care. Our Ideal candidate will posses the following qualities

  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license with no restrictions in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS
  • Trained and experienced in health services administration and at least three (3) years of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Care or related health program.
  • Must have Strong knowledge of Medicare Compliance and Regulations
  • Demonstrated ability in or application of organizational/communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
  • Ability to enlist the cooperation of many people in furthering a program.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
