About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a 250-bed, 5-Star Rated Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care facility in Lewiston, NY .

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.
  • Assess resident conditions and promptly identify changes in health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and provide direction to LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified care to every resident.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but motivated RNs with other clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
