About the Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate, clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a 250-bed, 5-Star Rated Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care facility in Lewiston, NY .

Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.
- Assess resident conditions and promptly identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and provide direction to LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified care to every resident.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
