About this role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse, providing compassionate, individualized care to support patient recovery in a rehabilitation setting.
Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their needs and facilitate healing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient support when necessary. Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex cases and inquiries. Celebrate patient milestones and contribute to a positive recovery experience.
Qualifications Include
Valid RN license per state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
