Responsibilities include
- Assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.
- Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising care staff.
- Collaborating with departments to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Engaging with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and contribute to treatment planning.
- Participating in departmental goal-setting, professional development, and program evaluation.
- Assisting in staff selection and orientation, serving as a role model, and participating in community education.
- Supervising direct patient care within budget constraints.
Qualifications
