Job Responsibilities
Provide licensed nursing care in accordance with provider orders, resident care plans, facility policies, and the LPN scope of practice. Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor effectiveness and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, skin integrity, pain, or safety risk to the supervising nurse or provider. Complete focused nursing assessments, obtain and review vital signs, and document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses accurately and on time.
Coordinate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team, provide direction within the LPN role, and support timely implementation of each resident's care plan.
