Role: RN Wound Care Specialist Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop advanced treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize healing outcomes. Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care techniques. Support pressure injury reduction initiatives and ensure regulatory and infection control compliance. Contribute to quality improvement efforts within a patient-centered, learning-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Expertise in wound care and evidence-based skin management. Strong collaboration, communication, and patient education skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and infection control practices. Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement in healthcare.
