The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to promote positive outcomes by applying nursing knowledge effectively.
Working under general supervision, responsibilities include
Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
Developing individualized care plans based on medical history and current status
Administering medications and treatments
Ensuring medical records are accurate and compliant with standards
Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning
Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred Minimum one year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred Valid RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider)
