Guardian Angel Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our team serving seniors in an assisted living and memory care environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives while working alongside a supportive leadership team committed to exceptional care. The Licensed Nurse plays a key role in overseeing resident care, conducting assessments, supporting and educating caregiving staff, and helping ensure compliance with state regulations and Guardian Angel Homes standards. This position partners closely with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes and a high-quality living environment.

Requirements

Current Washington State LPN or RN license
Current Washington State LPN or RN license
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or geriatrics preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic documentation and basic computer systems
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass a criminal background check
