- Georgia RN license
- Georgia APRN license
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Certification in specialty area(s) approved by Georgia Board of Nursing
- Two (2) years of nursing experience
- Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Georgia license as an APRN
- Current certification in specialty area
- CPR certification
- Alternatively, two (2) years of experience at PH Advanced Practice RN 1 (HCP200) or equivalent position
