We are a growing wellness and aesthetics clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona dedicated to helping our patients look, feel, and perform at their best.

Our practice combines advanced BTL technologies, aesthetics, PRP services, medical weight loss, hormone treatments, and peptide therapies in a modern, patient-focused environment.

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about wellness, aesthetics, patient care, and helping patients achieve their goals.

Medical Director & Clinical Supervision

The RN will work under the supervision and direction of our Medical Director, a licensed Medical Doctor (MD).

The RN will collaborate closely with the Medical Director and clinic team to provide safe, professional, and exceptional patient care in accordance with applicable Arizona laws, regulations, established clinic protocols, and the RN's scope of practice.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years of nursing experience, preferably including hospital nursing and aesthetics, med spa, or wellness experience.

Advanced BTL Technology Training

A major benefit of this position is the opportunity to receive comprehensive BTL training on some of today's advanced wellness and aesthetic technologies.

The RN will be trained on

Prior experience with BTL technologies is preferred but not required. Candidates who demonstrate strong clinical skills, patient communication, aesthetics/wellness experience, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The RN will receive training in appropriate treatment protocols, patient education, treatment expectations, contraindications, and the overall patient experience associated with each technology.

Aesthetics & PRP

Our clinic also provides aesthetic and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) services.

The RN will receive appropriate training and may participate in PRP and aesthetic services consistent with applicable regulations, clinic protocols, training, and Medical Director oversight.

The successful candidate should be comfortable educating patients about aesthetic and regenerative services and helping patients understand their treatment options and expectations.

Weight Loss, Hormones & Peptides

The RN will also receive training related to our wellness programs, including:

• Medical weight-loss programs

• Peptide therapies

• Hormone-related treatments

• Wellness protocols

• Patient education and ongoing monitoring

The RN will work collaboratively with the Medical Director and clinic team to support patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

• Conduct patient consultations and obtain appropriate medical histories

• Educate patients about available treatments and services

• Perform BTL treatments according to established protocols and appropriate medical direction

• Participate in PRP and aesthetic services within the RN's scope and training

• Support medical weight-loss and wellness programs

• Educate patients regarding peptide and hormone-related services

• Monitor patients and document care appropriately

• Follow established clinical, safety, and regulatory protocols

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

• Communicate effectively with the Medical Director and clinic team

• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients

Sales & Business Development

This is a sales-oriented clinical position .

The successful candidate must be comfortable educating patients about services and confidently transitioning conversations into appropriate treatment recommendations.

Responsibilities will include

• Educating patients about BTL treatment packages

• Discussing weight-loss and wellness programs

• Educating patients about peptide and hormone-related services

• Discussing appropriate aesthetic and PRP services

• Recommending services based on patient goals and clinical needs

• Explaining treatment packages, pricing, and products

• Following up with prospective and existing patients

• Building patient loyalty and encouraging referrals

• Meeting established sales and revenue goals

Commission Opportunity

In addition to competitive base compensation, this position offers commission opportunities on eligible services and products.

Qualifications

Required

• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2–5+ years preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong patient/customer service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong organizational skills

• Comfortable discussing services and pricing with patients

• Willingness to participate in sales and performance-based compensation

Preferred

• Hospital nursing experience

• Aesthetics, med spa, or wellness experience

• PRP experience

• Medical weight-loss experience

• Hormone or peptide experience

• Experience with patient consultations and elective healthcare sales

• Experience with BTL or similar aesthetic technologies
