Requirements
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Registered Nurse - PA License
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience
- Completion of Nurse Residency Program if applicable
