We are actively hiring *Registered Nurses (RNs)* across multiple departments including *Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Department.*
*Position Summary*
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Provide patient and family education
*Qualifications*
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- BLS certification required (ACLS/PALS required within 90-days of hire)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
*Preferred Experience*
- New graduates welcome
- 1+ year experience preferred for specialty units
*Work Schedule Options*
- 12-hour shifts (7P–7A)
- Rotating weekends and holidays as required
