The Radiology IV Access RN organizes and administers individualized, age-specific nursing care across Radiology and Imaging Services, with a primary focus on IV Access. The role practices in accordance with the NJ Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center policies. It ensures clinical quality, throughput optimization, IV Access Team oversight, scheduling coordination, billing integrity, and performance improvement.
Requirements
ADN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Minimum 1 year RN experience in a radiology, procedural, or acute care setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
BLS from the American Heart Association
ACLS
