Your role as a LVN

As a new LVN at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the guidance of our experienced nursing team. Your day-to-day tasks will include administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient progress. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of those in your care.

To excel in the role of LVN at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you must possess an LVN degree from an accredited nursing program as well as an active license to practice in Texas. Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is required, with two or more years preferred. Strong assessment and clinical skills, along with supervisory and communication abilities, are essential for success in this position.

Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency are also necessary. A current BLS certification is a must, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner Certification is preferred (offered and required upon hire). Additionally, reliable transportation is required to ensure timely arrival for your shifts.
