- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of New Mexico
- One (1) year acute care experience within the last two (2) years OR One (1) year home health care experience within the last two (2) years OR One (1) year community health or public health experience within the last two (2) years OR One (1) year hospice experience within the last two (2) years
- Current BCLS certification
- Current TB testing
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Criminal background check
- Valid state driver's license
