Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with regulations
Monitor residents’ conditions, document progress, and promptly report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care
Qualifications
Valid and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
