As a RN you will coordinate total patient centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Requires effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians and instruct patients and their families. Heavy work exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally.
