Details Home health/VNA setting providing in-home skilled nursing visits Works within interdisciplinary teams including RNs, PTs, OTs, and HHAs Provides approximately 6 patient visits per day Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a weekend rotation of 1 in 4 weekends Required to work one weekend shift per month Uses Epic for charting Requirements Home care experience required BLS certification required (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted at most locations) Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date License required if applicable MA conditional licenses not accepted Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
