Coordinates clinical activities for nursing care and support to patients in the department through the complete phase of treatment. Assists and oversees smooth clinic flow while maintaining a safe environment. Assesses and oversees patient’s physical and emotional needs and takes appropriate intervention. Educates patients and families regarding side effects of radiation therapy and other departmental procedures. Exercises clinical judgment with regard to patient’s symptoms and side effects and reports to the Radiation Oncologist as needed. Functions as a team player and participates in team meetings and activities.

Salary Range

$38.76-$48.85 an hour

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
