Kimes Nursing and Rehab is hiring nurses for a Charge Nurse position on the day shift (6am to 6pm). Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing IV infusion therapy, maintaining medical documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assisting in triage and emergencies, supporting patients with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's, and educating patients and families.

Requirements
- Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as PointClick Care
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and patient assessment techniques
- Previous experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or geriatrics is highly desirable
- Ability to perform essential nursing skills including venipuncture, phlebotomy, medication administration, and wound care
