The RN Clinical Charge Nurse oversees daily unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. They direct staff, manage patient assignments, and participate in resource planning.

Qualifications & Skills
Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, current RN license, and BLS certification. Minimum of 1-year nursing experience or 2 years as a relief charge. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential. Preferred certifications in specialty areas are advantageous.
