Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education, in accordance with established standards and protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patients' progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medications, and treatments

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

Part-Time schedule, with flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
