Overview

Best Care at Home is looking for a dependable and compassionate RN to complete in-home client assessments, supervisory visits, care plan reviews, and required documentation.

This is a flexible part-time position with a growing non-medical home care agency. It is a great fit for an RN looking for extra hours, a flexible schedule, and meaningful work without a full hospital-style workload.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial in-home client assessments

• Perform supervisory and follow-up visits

• Review and update care plans as needed

• Observe and document client condition and care needs

• Communicate any concerns or changes to the agency

• Ensure caregivers are following the approved care plan

• Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time

• Provide client and caregiver education when needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes

• Home care experience preferred, but not required

• Must be dependable, professional, and organized
