About this role
At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual's needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you'll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and well-being. You'll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive. Schedules: AM or PM (6:30 - 7:00), must work a minimum of 3x full
- 12 hour shifts per month (including 1 weekend shift) to maintain status. Pay: Starting at $28.00/hour, based on date of state certification.
