About this role
We are looking for an RN who is experienced at administering IV Vitamin/Nutrient protocols and confident in their skills and knowledge to take the lead on learning our current protocols, and building new ones that support our type of patient care. Our practice provides in house venipuncture for Functional and Primary Care testing; the RN would need to be able to draw blood and help in assisting the Nurse Practitioner with patient care. Our practice is a hybrid practice with both in person care and virtual care with a portion of our team fully virtual.
This means at times there is an ebb and flow to the RN’s pace and we are searching for the team member that thrives in this type of environment where they will support other team member functions when it is possible and without being asked, understanding that we all work together towards the same goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRN Clinical Duties
- Be proficient in IV nutrient/vitamin therapies/protocols. Pre and post care.
- Ensure evaluations run on time with complete paperwork and pre-education.
- Be proficient in blood drawing/ venipuncture skill.
- Assist the NP with patient care as needed – including EKG’s, in office testing.
- Be responsible for ordering clinical supplies, contacting vendors and stocking rooms.
- Assist with phones, triage, patient flow and capturing reviews.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Our team all works collaboratively. We use a coaching company to train staff to align with our core values, maintain high quality care and increase growth. Our practice has a marketing flow that all staff must know and utilize.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired
- Minimum 2- 3 years IV experience working within Vitamin/Nutrient Administration/ Protocols.
- D. C. License
- CPR/ BLS Health Care Provider
- Demonstrated comfort with performance metrics.
- Strong time management; you juggle priorities without being managed
- Self-directed and proactive — you solve problems before they escalate
Preferred
- Background in wellness, integrative health, or functional medicine
- Clinical triage experience.
- Experience drawing blood for functional testing.
- Experience with Cerbo or similar electronic health record systems
