Coverage Area: Ocoee / West Orange County, FL (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Pay-per-visit model: $45-$50+ with additional Medicare differentials

Your Role as a Home Health RN

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
  • Administer treatments and monitor the patient's condition
  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
  • Complete, accurate, and timely documentation using streamlined tools
