Join as a Float Pool RN and provide exceptional LDRP and Mother/Baby care across multiple clinical settings. Responsibilities Include Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care, ensuring continuity during staffing gaps Integrating quickly into new units to maintain patient safety and care quality Supporting units as interim clinical support, stabilizing teams until permanent staff are hired Performing assessments, administering treatments, and responding to patient condition changes Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care Modeling best practices, supporting system and technology adoption Mentoring staff, sharing knowledge, and reinforcing professional standards Ensuring consistent, high-quality care aligned with organizational mission Qualifications Include Associate Degree (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred), BSN preferred Two years’ experience in Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women’s health Current compact licensure in the appropriate state Completion of facility-specific curricula within 3 months for certain units Additional certifications such as cardiac dysrhythmia and NIH Stroke Scale required or preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, computer literacy, and customer service skills
