We are seeking motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
- Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
- Utilize the nursing process in accordance with SPBH's philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles.
- Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
- Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For

Licensure
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. *
Experience
At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

This is a full-time role; the expected base compensation ranges from $48.00 - $55.00 hourly + MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY + GENEROUS
