Join our dedicated pediatric home care team as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse RN, providing compassionate and expert nursing care to children in their homes. This flexible position offers four hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining work-life balance. You will deliver personalized care tailored to each child's unique needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Requirements

Proven experience in pediatric nursing with knowledge of child development
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
Strong skills in IV insertion, medication administration, and aseptic technique
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special healthcare needs
Familiarity with critical care procedures including ventilator management, acute pain management, and emergency response protocols
Knowledge of infection control practices aligned with NCQA standards and CDC guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Experience working with individuals requiring tube feeding
