Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.
Supervise CNAs and support staff.
Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Requirements
Active New York State LPN License.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
Salary
Earn up to $42/hour
