Full-Time RN On-Call Nurse needed! Rotating one week on and one week off for our Hospice and Palliative Care patients. Week on Hours are Monday thru Friday, 4:30pm overnight until 8:30am and 24 hours on-call Saturday and Sunday. Followed by the following week off. Responsibilities of phone triage and visits as needed, night admissions if scheduled, routine visits if needed to assist Case management.
