Greenleaf Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring an RN House Supervisor. Full Time Night schedule. Pay Range: $40.14 to $58.25 per hour depending on years of experience. Greenleaf Behavioral Health is a leading Psychiatric Hospital and Treatment Center seeking passionate RN House Supervisors to work at an adolescent and adult facility in Valdosta, GA. Responsibilities include managing changes in census and acuity, allocating nursing resources, enforcing policies for patient care delivery, ensuring proper staffing, completing chart checks and audits, assisting nursing leaders with staff orientation and competency, ensuring facility compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating patient care, documenting medical and behavioral health information, administering medications, developing care plans, prioritizing tasks and delegating staff, leading admissions and discharges, and providing direct care as needed.
Requirements
BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred
Current registered nursing license in State of facility required
Greater than 1 year of experience as an RN strongly preferred
1 year of experience as an RN in any setting required
1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred
Some experience as a charge RN or other leadership position strongly preferred
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
First aid may be required based on state or facility
