Greenleaf Behavioral Health is a leading Psychiatric Hospital and Treatment Center seeking passionate RN House Supervisors to work at an adolescent and adult facility in Valdosta, GA. Responsibilities include managing changes in census and acuity, allocating nursing resources, enforcing policies for patient care delivery, ensuring proper staffing, completing chart checks and audits, assisting nursing leaders with staff orientation and competency, ensuring facility compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating patient care, documenting medical and behavioral health information, administering medications, developing care plans, prioritizing tasks and delegating staff, leading admissions and discharges, and providing direct care as needed.
