About this role
The Remote Clinical Manager, reporting to the Agency Administrator or designee, assists in maintaining, fostering high quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency's objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, and implementation and evaluation of the home health services provided. This position is also responsible for education, coordination and collaboration with agency leaders regarding home health regulations and quality patient care. Key responsibilities include OASIS review, QA, clinical documentation review, QAPI reporting, care coordination, and staff education.
