St. Dominic Villa , an Illuminus Community Hazel Green, WI (10 minutes from Dubuque, Iowa) nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.

$38 – $46/hour, based on experience

Essential Job Functions

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.

• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.

• Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.

• Active CPR

• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.

• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
