Provides care to patients transitioning from ICU to a general medical-surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patient status and administer treatments. Collaborate with care teams and provide patient education. Respond to emergencies according to protocols.

RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 1-year(s) exp. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Experience in telemetry or step-down preferred.
