About the Role

As a Clinical Compliance and IV Hydration LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will focus on developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to staff on clinical compliance matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering IV hydration therapy to patients, monitoring their condition, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement clinical compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in patient care

Provide guidance and training to staff on clinical compliance matters

Administer IV hydration therapy to patients, monitoring their condition and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans and ensure effective communication

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellent patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements

Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

Strong knowledge of clinical compliance regulations and guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with electronic medical records and IV hydration therapy equipment desired
