Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents
- Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
- Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
- Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
- Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
Family & Resident
Education
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
