Monitor & Document: Track condition changes and interventions in our HIPAA-secure EMR; escalate concerns promptly, and follow through on resolution.

Collaborate & Advocate: Coordinate with our internal scheduling team for care compatibility plus external physicians, therapists, and schedulers to keep care seamless and client-centered. Manager on-call rotation

Quality & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready client files, collect initial service payments, and uphold state home-care regulations.

Delegation: Provide assigned nurse delegation services within verified practice authority and state-specific qualifications; including required teaching, competency checks, and follow up. State-specific delegation qualifications will be verified before independent assignments. Experience with Washington delegation preferred.
