Job Summary LPN TeemaGroup Full-time In-Office | Lubbock, TX, United States Location: Texas Schedule: Shifts would be either 2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend shift) OR two doubles on the weekend First 5 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday · Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend. · 32 hours per week guaranteed Pay Rate: 35-36/hr Setting: Living Center We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. What You Will Do As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and health management Accurately document care and patient progress in electronic systems Perform computer data entry (full training provided) Support patients with advanced clinical needs, including: Gastrostomy tubes and enteral feedings Foley catheter care Tracheostomy care What You Bring Active LVN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred) Strong clinical skills with experience in advanced nursing procedures Confidence in patient education and communication Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and data entry skills A compassionate, patient-first mindset Apply Today If you are a dedicated LVN who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, we would love to connect with you and share more about this opportunity. #Workwolf
