The Ambulatory Care Nurse will support the coordination, integration, communication, implementation and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies and procedures. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests, collecting patient health history, administering medications, providing wound care, performing phone and in-person patient triage, and collaborating with licensed providers to develop patient-centered plans of care. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island.
